Why are there two packets?  The product is designed to be taken in two parts. The first packet is a drink mix. Added to water, the contents of the first packet are focused on hydrating, balancing pH, and reducing irritability, anxiety and depression. The prepared drink is used to wash down the contents of the second packet, two capsules providing ingredients that support the digestive tract, provide relief from soreness, and reduce inflammation. 

What if I forgot to bring my Urgent Response Supplement with me? Will it still help if taken later than directed?  This supplement will provide some soothing effect whenever it is taken, but for best results, use as directed.

How many servings should I expect to take during a reaction?  Many people find that one serving per reaction is sufficient when taken as soon as exposure is suspected or as soon as symptoms appear. For reactions that are slow to develop or slow to resolve, a second serving may be helpful within 24 hours of the first serving.

How was this product created?  This formula was born of necessity. Each contributor suffers, and/or loves someone who suffers from gluten reactivity. In the beginning, we were simply friends comparing notes about our gluten reactions. On our individual paths, we each felt like we’d “tried everything” and yet were only partially effective at managing our symptoms, so we combined our various approaches and did some field tests. Can I eat gluten if I take this product?  To be clear, this is NOT a cure, nor is this an enzymatic product geared toward making it possible to eat gluten. Rather, this product is targeted at soothing symptoms associated with gluten ingestion. We hope that gluten never makes its way into your system, but if it does, our gluten reaction supplement can help you feel better.

What are the symptoms of gluten exposure?  We gluten-reactives have all lived through debilitating symptoms in the aftermath of gluten ingestion.
